At Campervan HQ, we want you to love your adventure-ready gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
